2. Products & Pricing

All product listings are for informational and inquiry purposes. Prices are not displayed as we operate on a B2B wholesale model. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email for current pricing, availability, and minimum order quantities.

3. Inquiries & Orders

Submitting an inquiry through our website does not constitute a binding order. We will respond with pricing and availability. A binding agreement is formed only when both parties have confirmed the order in writing.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are negotiated on a per-order basis. Accepted methods include bank transfer (TT), Letter of Credit (L/C), and other mutually agreed payment methods.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide via air and sea freight. Shipping costs, transit times, and customs clearance responsibilities are communicated per order. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Claims

Claims for damaged or defective goods must be reported within 7 days of receipt, supported by photographic evidence. We reserve the right to inspect the goods before approving any claim.

7. Limitation of Liability

H&N Fashion BD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
